The Resort’s business model is based on two-way end-to-end mutual collaboration between the Resort’s environmental management component and commercial components. The root financing of the environmental management component comes from the commercial renting of the Resort’s facilities, events hosting facilities, fish revenue and other recreational services.

The environmental management component, in turn, is designed to increase the marketing and awareness of the Resort’s commercial component, and thus increase the overall business volume for the Resort and therefore completing the seamless and cyclic self-perpetuating loop between the environmental management and social-economic development components
